City of Westminster Courts
Prolojik are supplying the comprehensive lighting control system for this new courts complex. Working with Crown House Technologies and Laing O'Rourke, Prolojik are providing twin LON/Dali controllers interfaced with the building management system..
Crown came to the conclusion that it was not practical to install conventional plug-in and hard-wired LCMs due to the construction of the building and opted for the Prolojik Dali solution of twin (2x64 address) LonWorks/Dali controllers linked with a LonWorks backbone. All luminaires are equipped with Dali ballasts and emergency fittings with Dali emergency invertors and they along with Dali multi-sensors share the same 2 wire Dali bus. Scene set switches and wall switches connect to an underfloor Dali bus.
Prolojik 'Perspective' graphics will give the client full, security protected, control over all the lighting in their new building.

Man Group
Prolojik have been selected to provide the intranet based lighting controls for this prestigious fit-out at the 400,000 sq ft Riverbank House.
The specification required all communication protocols in the building to be 'open' with proprietary controls not permitted.
Working with Phoenix Electrical, Prolojik are providing DALI networks with multi-sensors, ballasts, emergency invertors, scene-set switches and mains dimmers all existing on the same 2 wire network.
The lighting controllers comunicate over the building services IP network and integrate with the BMS controls.

Lloyd's of London has new controls
Prolojik have completed the final phase of the installation of a new integrated lighting control system at this iconic building. The work has been phased over a 3 year period to work around the building occupants.
In addition to lighting controllers, Prolojik supplied the heat pump and fresh air controllers. All user local control of both mechanical and electrical services is via combined infra-red controllers.
The conference suite has architectural dimming and the executive areas and meeting rooms are supplied with scene set controls, all of which form integral parts of a comprehensive network of building control. The various cleaning rosters in all parts of the building are integrated into time schedules in the PC user software, whilst the building’s striking external lighting is linked to an astronomical time clock with time scheduling.
Emergency features, including fire and generator are integrated with the BMS system.
A Prolojik server on the IP network allows Client server application software to be downloaded onto PCs with full system remote monitoring and support from Prolojik engineering via a broadband link.
Whereas the old system was proprietary and costly to maintain the new Prolojik system only uses 'open protocols' such as IP and LonWorks and gives Lloyd's a future proof installation.
