One of our greatest strengths is the quality and
technical capability of our Project Engineering
team.
We maintain a completely in-house capability for all
aspects of our project delivery including,
pre-commissioning, CAD, coordination, project
software, and on-site commissioning. This allows us
to ensure that the finished product is delivered to
a high standard, without the issues that contract or
out-sourcing introduce.
From placement of order, we will assign a Project
Administrator who ensures design, delivery and commissioning
information is provided to the client. We will also assign a
Project Manager who will make an initial visit to the client
to discuss detailed design and installation issues.
The Project Manager under the direction of our Director of
Projects will maintain regular contact with the client, and
will be the first point of contact for any technical
queries, whilst the Project Administrator will provide a
first point of contact for logistic and administrative
queries.
With our online delivery status system, customers registered
for this service will be able to view and manage the real
time status of orders, deliveries and account information.
We look to pre-engineer our projects as much as possible to
minimise the onsite phase and to reduce the period for site
attendance to hand-over. To log-in select Project
