Support Solutions



Prolojik products are designed using best in class components and materials, and as standard all Prolojik hardware components carry a 12 month warranty from date of delivery, with optional extended warranty available upon request.

We provide solutions for our customers on an Annual Support Contract as well as incident-based support.

Prolojik also provides our clients with an online documentation archive.





Annual Support Contracts
Prolojik provides two standard levels of product and project maintenance and support ; from annual site health checks with extended product warranty, through to scheduled visits with real-time remote monitoring.

We also provide 24 hour cover with 4 hour response for our mission critical clients. If your application has particular requirements, we would be happy to design a service package tailored around your specific needs.

Support Requests
Customers under Annual Support Contracts can log-in to the Prolojik Customer Helpdesk to raise/review support requests and browse the Knowledge base.

Unsupported customers may also submit support requests, and you will be contacted by a support representative to advise of the options for resolution of your issue.


Prolojik Project Vault
Customers can also access system backups, O&M manuals, datasheets via the Prolojik Project Vault.
