COVID-19 Response

We have evolved our business to manage the impact of COVID-19. We have enhanced our site operations policies and implemented COVID-19 training for all of our staff and engineers. Our Engineers have been issued with enhanced PPE: face masks, gloves, alcohol wipes and hand gel. We have given our site Engineers private transport allowance and staggered site attendance schedules, to reduce their exposure to public transport. We have implemented, where possible, remote management packages, where direct attendance is impractical.

We have remained open throughout the lockdown period to support our customers, adapting our work practices and workflows within our workshop and stores with safe distancing and appropriate PPE. Closely managing our component supply chain to ensure supply continuity and continually working to maintain stock at pre COVID-19 levels to support customer requirements. Our development team are fully operational and continue the program of new products and product enhancements, continually evolving product and adapting our solutions to help manage emerging building demands. Sales, commercial estimating and customer support teams continue to work remotely and engaging with clients, holding meetings, project reviews and training via online video conferencing.
