Prolojik Lighting Controls at 40 Leadenhall – Levels 5 & 6

Completed last year and continuing through further tenant fit-out projects, Prolojik is proud to support the ongoing success of 40 Leadenhall, one of London’s most prestigious commercial developments and winner of Best Commercial Workplace at the BCO London Regional Awards 2025. Designed by Make Architects and developed by M&G Real Estate (Nuveen), 40 Leadenhall is a mixed-use workplace featuring terraces, wellness spaces, cafés and retail, creating a vibrant destination in the heart of the City.

As part of one of the largest commercial projects in the City, with a building spanning 900,000 sq ft, Prolojik originally delivered its Modular and Plexus lighting control systems across 19 floors of occupied office space. The scope included meeting rooms, conference facilities and event spaces, all supported by intelligent lighting with circadian control, AV and BMS integration, smart scene setting, and full system integration.

More recently, additional works have been delivered across multiple floors, including Levels 5 and 6. As part of this fit-out, Prolojik supplied its Modular lighting control system, along with scene plates and multifunction sensors. The Prolojik Modular system is a DALI LCM solution, enabling fast and efficient installation while providing the flexibility required to support modern workplace environments.

Prolojik collaborated with project partners, including Impact Building Services and Global (re)Insurance Organisation, on the Levels 5 and 6 fit-out, contributing to the delivery of a user-centric, wellbeing-focused workplace environment.

Jack Tipler, Electrical Contracts Manager at Impact Building Services, commented:

“The system proved to be well-designed and capable of meeting the project’s functional requirements, offering a good level of flexibility and control in line with the client’s expectations. The Prolojik system contributed positively to the project, providing an effective and adaptable lighting control solution suitable for the commercial office environment.”

He added:

“It is also worth noting the support provided by Nuri Noor, who was the main point of contact from the outset during the sales and project launch stages. Although responsibility was later handed over to the project delivery team, Nuri remained accessible throughout and was always willing to assist when required. His continued involvement during more challenging phases of the project helped to maintain momentum, steer issues in the right direction, and contributed to a positive overall working relationship, in which we look forward to working with Nuri again!”

Providing further insight, Nuri Noor, who supported the project on behalf of Prolojik, adds:

“I’m proud to have been involved in this project and to have worked collaboratively with both Jack’s team from Impact Building Services and our internal teams to deliver a successful outcome. It’s been a genuinely rewarding experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a high-quality development.”
