LED lighting has been ubiquitous for the past decade and brings with it the opportunity to re-evaluate how we power lighting. It seems pointless to distribute AC power around a building only to step down to DC at thousands of lights. Prolojik launched our take on PoE named Lightmatrix in 2015, since which we have delivered in excess of 1 million sq ft using the technology.
Lightmatrix makes use of plug-and-play data cabling combined with established DALI features to deliver a highly efficient control system that is simple, quick and safe to install, reducing the need for skilled labour during installation as well as ongoing programming and maintenance.
